It has been a busy few months at Landmark...
This month sees the final phase of an office refurbishment and enlargement; the Landmark offices now have a state-of-the-art client presentation area and a conference room.
With the finishing touches being applied as we speak, we look forward to welcoming our clients to our new facilities.
Landmark Row, our current development of 10 bespoke houses in Sutton Lane, Langley, is now 50% sold out. Sales have been strong despite difficult market trends. It is a positive sign that a quality product will always sell despite tough economic conditions.
With this project coming to a close, it is with great pleasure that we will shortly be announcing our next venture. Running under a working title of 'Landmark Snowden', more details will be provided as and when we launch.
Planning and Design has been equally busy. Landmark Designs have been appointed as the London agents for a prestigeous overseas firm of Architects. Attwal and Associates are ex Foster & Partners, and we are honoured to be working with them.
Our first project is a large multi-story mixed use building in west London. It boasts retail and bar at ground floor with apartments on the four floors above.
In other planning news, we have recently obatined planning permission for a pair of houses in Bristol. Nothing special there, but the circumstances were very challenging.
The site had been the subject of a CPO, and Landmark sucessfully argued the case in favour of our clients leaving them with an excellent planning gain rather than just market value for the land.
