With over 30 years of design experience, Ishwant leads the way in creating stylish homes for modern living. Each project is truly bespoke, allowing Ishwant to bring her innovative style and unique flair to every design. Her strong aesthetic sense is evident in all Landmark homes, making sure that each home has the perfect combination of style and functionality.
Her passion for interior design has been key to the success of Landmarks projects so far and her determination to develop this branch of the business is unparalleled.
Mav Sandhu
Managing Director
BA (Hons) Town Planning- MBA, Management & Marketing
Mav is a founding member of Landmark Group. Originally responsible for establishing the Planning Team, this quickly grew into the full-service architectural offering that Landmark provides.
Today, under his guidance the firm is truly multi-disciplinary with Architectural, Planning, Structural Design and Building Control all catered for.
His day-to-day activities include advising on the strategic direction for complex planning cases. Furthermore, he is subject-matter-expert and advises in both the residential and commercial sectors.
Landmark’s development and investment strategy is central to his role and now his core focus. Mav has a firm belief in Landmark and its culture, something he’s proud to support and nurture.
Sukh Bal
Planning Director
Sukh has been with Landmark for two decades. This tenure within the business has given him a valuable insight into every sector of the property market.
Today, he looks after the day to day operations of the Architectural Services team. He works closely with designers, engineers and technicians ensuring the highest standard are adhered to.
“There is a right way, a wrong way and the Landmark way” – Sukh is a champion of this philosophy and spends time with colleagues ensuring every project follows Landmark core values. His ability to work with professionals, clients and the site operatives sets him apart from others with a very unique offering.
Jamshad Mahmood
Financial Controller

Jamshad is a highly respected member of the team and business. His dedication to the firm is admirable keeping its interest at the forefront of consideration. Jamshad keeps up to date with the latest directives from the government ensuring our financial operations are compliant with the guidance.
Jamshad has the ability to strategically advise on project financials as well as project forecasts. He is in charge of the Group’s overall accounting and filing with the appropriate authorities.
Diviya Varsani
Principal Architectural Technologist
MSc (Hons) Building Information Management and BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology
Diviya joined the Landmark Group in 2017 to work alongside the Architectural team and Structural Engineers.
Diviya has the desire to explore how design and technology can be used to improve the performance of buildings and processes.
With over 12 years of industry experience, she has a breadth of knowledge in Planning, Building Control, Building information management (BIM) and 3D Architectural and construction drawings.
Jason Wenborn
Head of Marketing
Jason joined Landmark as a Digital Marketer. He is responsible for our social media, online and website provision. Jason has an excellent work ethic and strives for excellence in everything he does.
His impact to our networks was felt immediately and our readership and following continues to increase month on month. He is responsible for online campaigns, blogs and marketing strategies.
Harjeet Singh Bal
Site Supervisor – Health and Safety Advisor
Harjeet is responsible for site supervision and HSE compliance. He has a wonderful track record in management, having run his own business for a number of years.
With Landmark’s ongoing growth in the commercial sector, Harjeet has been recruited to oversee the project sites and ensure Landmark fully health and safety compliant on a day to day basis.
His gentile persona encourages all those around him to deliver the very best on each and every development.
Aaron Bhandal
Head of Property Management and Lettings

Aaron is the Property Manager for all of Landmark’s prestigious portfolio.
With over 5-years of experience in the Property Sector and having managed hundreds of properties and tenancies, Aaron has all the tools to ensure every property is well maintained.
Aaron is also responsible for any and all Landmark listings, whether that be for rent or sale, in conjunction with the Marketing team for reliable turn over at competitive fees.
BENIAMIN ROMANET
Principal Structural Engineer
Our Principal Structural Engineer, Beniamin has a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a Master’s in structural engineering making him an expert in the design and analysis of various constructions methods and materials.
He’s primarily in charge of the design and management of structural projects, and has a keen interest in using a sustainable approach to structural engineering field when possible.
Kaushil Patel
Architectural Technician
Kaushil is a Part 1 Architectural Assistant with a great eye for detail and a passion for architectural design, especially when it comes to homes and homes.
A very self-assured AutoCAD technician, he is able to create great designs for his clients while his knowledge of other types of software helps him in his work.
Kaushil is a very passionate person and we look forward to further developing his skills and knowledge in the field of architecture in the future and we can’t wait to follow his journey.
Callum Kwong
Part 2 Architectural Assistant
BSC (Hons), MArch Architecture
Callum is an aspiring Architect with an incredible passion for the industry. From the moment we were introduced, it was clear that this was an individual who had a lot of creative flair and a great work ethic, which we can’t wait to bring to our projects.
Callum is proficient with multiple software including REVIT, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign; all useful for his role as an architectural assistant.
Seeking to complete his Part 3 and become a registered architect, the sky is truly the limit for Callum.
