After hearing excellent things about Mav and the Landmark team we embarked on our project together. The initial challenge was applying for 2 pieces of planning. One of them in particular seemed impossible. Both were achieved without any challenge! The second phase involved architectural drawings which required careful thought as one of the spaces was to be a private gym, considering the use of machines and weights. The last piece involved structural calculations for openings. All throughout I felt reassured by the professionalism, integrity and availability for ongoing support.
