Founded in 1997 and still family-run, Landmark has spent almost thirty years building homes across London and the Home Counties to a standard held project by project, not claimed in brochures.

Most property is delivered by a chain of separate hands - a planner who never meets the builder, an architect who never sees the site occupied, a developer who buys the land and disappears.
