Dalbir Sandhu is an entrepreneur who loves a challenge and is the driving force behind Landmark Group’s phenomenal growth and success. His leadership and guidance has been pivotal to the brand’s success and its continued expansion. A born optimist with a positive attitude, he makes the impossible achievable through pure determination and hard work. Dalbir also oversees the Group’s investments in the country.

Mav Sandhu is a founding partner of the firm. His background in Town Planning enabled him to set up the thriving planning department in 2005. As demand grew, another discipline was added, and before long, Landmark had both Planning and Structural Engineering strings to its bow. Now in a more supervisory role, he is responsible for overall Group design and Project focus.
Mav has the ability to not only design from the ground up, but work within the constraints of a complex site. He is a team leader and knows how to inspire those around him to achieve the best results.
With over 30 years of design experience, Ishwant leads the way in creating stylish homes for modern living. Each project is truly bespoke, allowing Ishwant to bring her innovative style and unique flair to every design. Her strong aesthetic sense is evident in all Landmark homes, making sure that each home has the perfect combination of style and functionality.
Her passion for interior design has been key to the success of Landmarks projects so far and her determination to develop this branch of the business is unparalleled.
Howard joined the business in April 2019 as a Project Manager. Howard has a background in mechanical engineering working for one of the largest engineering companies in the world. This coupled with his extensive professional experience working in the construction industry will ensure success of Landmark projects. Howard’s practical skills ensure attention to detail, and an ability to translate technical CAD designs into beautiful homes.
Jamshad is part of the Project Management team, and joined Landmark in 2014 with an excellent academic background. This coupled with a strong work ethic and consistent delivery of multiple projects has cemented Jamshad’s position in the organisation. Jamshad is an integral member of the team here at Landmark.
Grace joined Landmark in February of 2019. Her degree in Interior Design (Architecture & Spatial Design), along with practical background in designing public landscapes will ensure her success at Landmark. Grace is particularly interested in designing residential spaces and is looking forward to working closely with the Creative Director on our upcoming projects.
Jhonny joined us in September 2018 as a qualified Charted Architect, ARB and RIBA registered, with extensive experience of working in the Construction, Trade and Energy sectors. Jhonny specialises in high end luxury residential, hotels and clinical practice. With Jhonny on board, we look forward to working with many new clients in need of a RIBA qualified Architect.
Shyamala joined us in July of 2017 as a CAD Technician. Shyamala has extensive experience working in this area, and she brings this, alongside a strong work ethic to the Landmark team. Shyamala has set a new high standard at Landmark with the level of detail that goes into her work, and has quickly become an key member of the drafting team.
Nasrat joined Landmark in January 2019 as a Structural Engineer. His educational background is Structural Engineering (MSc), and Nasrat has previous experience within a Structural consultancy working on residential projects. Nasrat has a particular interest in short fibre reinforced concrete elements and steelwork construction. Nasrat has joined to complement our existing Design team, and we look forward to working closely with him going forward.
Diviya joined us in October of 2017 as a CAD Technician, completing our Planning team. Diviya has a wealth of knowledge in the drafting space and had diversified into different areas of industry before coming back into the CAD designing area. Diviya has become an instrumental part of the planning team working closely with Gary, our Structural Engineer on larger projects.
Rupi joined Landmark in the Spring of 2017 as Head of Operations. Rupi has spent most of her career in large multi-national companies such as Telefonica, Hays IT and more recently Coca-Cola European Partners, working within the Recruitment/Talent and HR function. Rupi’s experience recruiting in different industry sectors and managing stakeholders at all levels will pave the way for a successful career here at Landmark Group, leading the Operations of the business including HR, Marketing, and Procurement.
Sukh has been with the business since 2005, and is an integral member of the Landmark team. He has worked his way through every element of the business, learning from the ground up, from Designing and drafting new developments, to project managing construction site work. Sukh now works as a Property Manager for Landmark, though his varied skill set allow him to be flexible across most departments within the team. Sukh’s unwavering dedication and commitment to the Landmark team have cemented his place firmly in the heart of the business.
Tony has worked with Landmark for a number of years as a Business Development Director having been an investor in the business prior to that. Tony brings a wealth of experience gained in both the local and international market due to his extensive property investment and development work overseas.
