A home in need of a complete transformation, this substantial property had all the ingredients of a grand residence, but lacked the architectural identity to truly stand out. The owners wanted something more distinctive, and entrusted Landmark Group to completely reimagine the home from the ground up.
Our approach was to create a contemporary residence with a strong, refined presence, combining clean architectural lines with a carefully considered material palette. A complementary two-tone scheme of crisp white render and grey roof tiles provides a simple yet striking contrast, giving the home a distinctly modern character.
The result is a bold contemporary residence that reflects the architectural language Landmark has become known for across our more modern projects, while giving this previously understated home a completely new identity.
