Sports Relief

Sport Relief is when the British public comes together to get active, raise money and change lives. This time, it’s bigger than ever and they’ve got a whole week of epic activity lined up from the 17th to 23rd March 2018. On this day, people across the land can get together and do something funny or sports related to raise money. This can be done at home, school or work and many people band together to participate.

There is a fantastic night of TV on the BBC, with comedy and entertainment to inspire the nation to give generously.
Comic and Sports Relief spends the money raised by Red Nose Day to help people living tough lives across the UK and Africa. Since its inception in 1988, Red Nose Day has raised more than £1billion pounds and have helped over 50 million people. “What an incredible Sport Relief! Thanks to your fundraising and donations, we’ve raised an amazing £38,195,278 so far! That money will now be put to work, helping people live happier, healthier, safer lives.” this is taken from the sports relief website, thanking everyone for the support and the amount of money that has already been raised!

This year Sports Relief has coincided with our third food challenge. Rupi Ubi and Ravi Patel have cooked a Middle-Eastern inspired healthy feast. Everything was so colourful and tasted fabulous! We are doing great with our healthy eating this year and keeping hydrated with plenty of water in the office. We have encouraged everyone in the office to wear Red and donate money towards this worthy cause.
