I'd contacted Mav at Landmark to ask for some advice regarding a loft conversion on a property we were considering purchasing. He'd reviewed the plans I'd sent and was able to advise me about its chances of being approved, and what issues we might run into. He was clear, concise, and very generous with his time and expertise. When we do eventually buy a property, if it needs any kind of building work, Mav will be the first person I call.
